1.3 For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to Readers Wives absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission in respect of photographic portraits or pictures and movies that have been taken of me in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in their own name or otherwise; to use re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection therewith if they so choose. 
1.4 I hereby release and discharge Readers Wives from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. 
1.5 This authorisation and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns Readers Wives as well as the person(s) for whom the photographs were taken.

1.7 I am of full age, 18 years or older and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. 
1.8 Valuable consideration defined as the advertisement of submitted/uploaded photographs, pictures, movies and messages on the internet.
1.9 Submission/uploading of your photographs, pictures or movies signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

If you have any doubts about posting your pictures or movies then please DON'T. It takes a lot of time to prepare galleries for display on the site, only submit once you are comfortable knowing your pictures/movies will be viewed by thousands of visitors each day.
